Falling
Lately people that I know have been slipping and falling. Rick's dad slipped and fell well he was in the shower on Wed, he ended up breaking his toe. Then today my grandpa Baum slipped at work and ended up breaking his femur in about four different places. He has to get up and have surgery tomorrow at around noon. Pray for him and that everything goes well.

BYU vs. KSU
On Wed. BYU was offering a free entrance to the BYU vs. KSU (Kansas State) to the baseball game to all BYU students. So Rick and I decided that it might be fun to go. The temperature was about 50 or something like that, however the sun was up and beating directly on us, so I ended up with a sunburn on my face, neck, and arms. I came home and looked in the mirror and you can clearly see exactly where my sunglasses were sitting on my face. Sunburning is one problem with fair skin.
However on the plus side the Cougars won 13-10. Plus I was able to get a ball that was hit out of the field. It was pretty cool. However the next time I go, I am going to have to put on sunscreen.

Laundry Mat
I went to the laundry mat yesterday, when I went to put my clothes into the dryer at about 2,(they have free dryers until 3 pm) a family with 10 kids. I looked over and they came in with bags and bags of clothes. By the time they had all of their clothes were brought in and had all of their clothes brought in, every one of the washers was being used by them. I couldn't believe how much clothes their were. Once I started talking to them they told me that was just from one week. It made me appreciate my mom that much more and how much work that she did for us.

And we're back...
Well sorry it has been a while since I have posted anything. I have been sick and trying to get feeling better so I really haven't done much of anything the last little bit. I started classes again last Thursday after having a month off. I got a month off because I did the 1rst cohort last semester, but I got a D in one of the classes so I had to retake it, but since I passed the cohort I didn't have to do it. But now I only have like two weeks left until finals, YAY! I will be so glad when this semester is over.
My Mom was able to came from Texas well I was on break, for my sister, Melissa, and her family's sealing in the temple. It was really great to see my Mom, and be able to talk with her.
Rick is taking a Weight Management class this semester, for the class he has to eat 5 servings of vegetables/fruits everyday, and then he has to do 3 1/2 hrs of cardio a week. He has been able to do all of the vegetables/fruits a day however for the first few days it made him kind of sick just because he wasn't used to it. But he is doing a lot better with it now. He has been doing really good with his exercise. He has already been able to lose 7 lbs since he started the class.
Other then that nothing much has really been going on. So maybe I will be able to do a little better with posting and keep you a little more up to date on things going on in our lives.
